Tablet Presses

The new Bilayer Nova is the first double layered tablet press designed for development and pilot scale applications. This 17-21 station machine is compact and suitable for small working areas. It's interchangeable turret will allow rapid changeover of punches and dies.

The New "Director Pro" Software allows operator free controls and will optimize the tableting process to increase yields and reduce operator error.

The Compacta Nova is GMP compliant and provides a 17-21 station rotary tablet press that can produce up to 126,000 tablets per hour.

Its interchangeable turret design will allow rapid changeover of punches and dies.

The Minipress is an eccentric single station tablet press designed for 6 Ton compression force and 6,000 tablets per hour.

The Minipress with “The Director” data acquisition system is designed for early stage development when formulation is limited but the need for information is great.

The Piccola Classic is an 8-10 station bench top rotary tablet press.

With all of the features of large production presses it is essential for early development and necessary for scale up. The Cost effective way to shorten development time, solve formulation problems and produce low volume production runs.

The Piccola Nova is an 8-10 station PLC driven small scale tablet press.

Designed for development, scale up and low volume production, the Piccola Nova fits in lab areas limited by space.

The Special Edition Piccola is specifically designed to produce 0.5mm – 2mm diameter tablets.

The Special Edition can run as single tip for development studies and multi-tip for production runs with an output rate of 2.28 million tablets per hour.

The Piccola Bilayer press is the only bilayer press designed for R&D.

It provides an 11 to 17 station B and D tooling press with 10 tons of compression force, PLC controls, and can produce up to 54,000 tablets per hour.
